Temperature check and waivers

As a salon, we have been informed that we have to check temperatures with a non contact thermometer before entering the building. Think of a wizard wand being waved around your forehead . Hurray! Also, there is a new waiver form, please read over the very short notice , sign, and your done! Yay!

*The waiver states that you have had your temperature checked, that you are aware you are getting a service during Covid, that I , Kris , will be providing said service, that you have no symptoms that would lead To believe you have Covid, and that you have not come in contact with someone who was in fact positive for covid before coming to your scheduled appointment.
